General Terms and Conditions for personal shoppers
1. Right to exchange or return goods bought at www.papercraft4you.co.uk
You have the right to return all goods within 28 days of delivery. For the return address please see the invoice enclosed with the order. To comply with this time limit, all you need to do is to send a return request within the 28 day period by post to:

Returned goods bought online cancels the contract and your payment, credit or debit card will be refunded once the delivered goods have been returned. Should the goods show signs of use or damage on return, we reserve the right to claim for compensation.
Unwanted purchases must be returned undamaged and in the packaging used for dispatch. The purchaser should make every reasonable effort to ensure that goods are received back by Papercraft4You are recived in good condition. Damage occuring during transit will then be accepted by Papercraft4You.
2. Reservation of ownership
Goods remain the property of Papercraft4You Limited until payment has been received in full.
3. Payment, due date, failure to pay
Should your credit, debit card or cheque have insufficient funds or credit, we reserve the right to invoice you for the costs incurred in making requests for payment. All payments are quoted in Pounds Sterling.
Shipping & Returns.
1. Delivery
Our delivery charges cover any Post Code within
Most orders received are dispatched within 3 –5 working days but the time to reach you will be subject to postal conditions, however some items may take a little longer to dispatch in which case, you will be informed at the time of the receipt of the order.
Some exceptional items cannot be dispatched under our normal arrangements but this is always specified in the item description on the site.
Delivery costs: Unless specified in your order, all orders are dispatched via a standard delivery schedule offered by Royal Mail. Where possible and when specified in your order we also offer a next day delivery service at an added cost.
Only orders received before noon can qualify for a next day service excluding weekends.
Our current charges are listed on the shopping cart and may be subject to change prior to notice.
2. Damage in transit
If goods delivered to you have been damaged in transit Papercraft4You Limited will cover the risk of transportation. Contact Papercarft4You for instructions about returning such goods before dispatching them to the address given above.
3. Delivery proviso
Deliveries can be made whilst stocks last. If the product you have asked for is temporally unavailable, you will be advised of an anticipated date when the item will be back in stock. In this case if payment has been made, you will be offered a complete refund.
PaperCraft4You Club
1. Costs
There is an initial joining charge of £14.95 and thereafter a subscription of £10.00 per month. The minimum period of membership is six months. Club membership starts at the moment you enroll and subsequent monthly subscriptions of £10.00 per month will be taken on the first day of each month thereafter using the Card details given at the time of joining or the current details given should these change.
The initial joining charge and monthly subscription rates may be changed at any time but one months notice will be given before the changes take effect.
2. Period of Membership.
Membership Logon and Password details will be sent as soon as possible after the receipt of the initial membership charge is received and can be used immediately upon receipt. These details can only be sent out during our normal office hours which are Monday to Friday between the hours of 09.00 am to 5.00pm. Should the initial membership charge be received outside of these times the Membership Logon and Password details will be sent as soon as possible during the next working period. Papercraft4You offices are closed during all Public and Bank Holidays.
Members benefits cannot be used until after the Logon and Password details have been received.
Membership may be cancelled and any time after the initial six month period of membership.
3. Member Benefits
The benefits of membership are a minimum of 25% discount against our standard list and special prices as shown on the website plus free post and packing on all orders to be delivered to a Post Code within England and Wales. A delivery charge may be made for deliveries to any address outside of England and Wales. See Delivery terms above.
Members benefits may be changed at anytime but one months notice will be given before changes take effect.
Member benefits are intended to cover purchases made for personal use only and should not be used for any othe trading subsequent purposes.
4. Member Logon and Password.
Member Logon and Password details should not be divulged to anyone and are for the use of the registered member only. Should these details become known to a non-member Papercraft4You should be informed immediatley.
If it is shown that the Member Logon and Password are knowingly divulged to non-members membership may be cancelled without notice.
